If you haven’t heard of the #thisgirlcan campaign, you are missing out big time!

The ‘This Girl Can’ campaign is a national campaign developed by Sport England, and, a wide range of partnership organisations.

It’s a celebration of active women up and down the country who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets. And it is celebrating it’s 1 year old birthday today!

The campaign has come so far in the last year. It is currently offering over 100 physical activities, allowing every woman to get on board. There is something for everyone. The website also holds a space especially fit for stories of the girls, so we can all come together as one to push others forward, as well as ourselves, in the sweaty (but satisfying) battle to success, because it does not matter that we are female, we can do anything, and we should not feel pressured towards the man. This is what the idea of the campaign is all about, moving forward, unifying the sexes. We at Dans-ez could not agree with the campaign more.

We believe every girl should be able to feel like this, and all it takes is a little push, a little motivation, and a lot of reward.
